    NON CREDIT CARD TERMS:

    Payment may be made by check, US POSTAL Money Order or International
    Money Order in USA funds drawn on a USA bank made out to James Tolliver
    Corporate purchase orders (net 30) for orders over
    $100.00 will be accepted from large corporations within the USA and
    Canada.  All orders outside of the United States and Canada must be
    prepaid.  Please allow a few weeks for delivery.

    Payment may be made by a check drawn on a non-USA bank.  Please make
    the payment in your LOCAL currency and add the equivalent of a $10.00
    (USA) surcharge to cover handling, currency exchange, and bank transfer
    costs.  This surcharge does NOT apply to bank checks which are written
    for USA funds with a USA bank named on the check.  Please allow several
    weeks for delivery.
