Note for "Ed" users:

Ed sets the file attribute bits of message text files to ----RW-D Note
that the "Executable" flag is cleared, as it really should be.
Unfortunately this leads to incompatabilties:  if such a file is unpacked
on an MS-DOS system the files will be made hidden.

If The Blue Wave Door gives you errors such as "File with msg text
missing; message skipped." you have to tell your archiver NOT to preserve
the file attribute bits.  If you use "LhA" use the option '-a0'
