        E-TAX Electronic filing kit for bbs modem users.
        Now, anyone with a computer, modem, or a fax machine can file their
taxes electronically through a service called E-Tax (R).
        This is the complete filing kit in ascii format and includes all
necessary forms for electronically filing to the IRS.
        Modeled after the IRS Tele-tax program, E-TAX (R) is the first IRS
approved program designed for computer modem users.

Misc. sysop information:

        Please feel free to edit the file "coupon.ref" to reflect the
information about your name, bbs name, address, etc..., so that we can mail
your commissions to support your BBS.  Then rearchive into your favorite
format.  Upon receipt of a clients payment, along with a copy of coupon.ref,
BBS commissions will be forwarded.  This is our way of saying thank you for
supporting the BBS USER community.

        The file ETAX.zip may be freely distributed on bulletin board
systems. We encourage cd-rom disc publishers to publish with the most recent
version at time of pressing.  E-TAX has tryed very hard not to distribute
it's files at public expense.  We are willing to freq or send a copy to
anyone at E-TAX expense, just ask for a current ETAX FILE....

        We insist that no other files be edited.  Any infringements on our
copyrights will be strictly enforced according to Federal Copyright Laws.
E-TAX is a registered service mark and it's use is authorized only for the
use of E-TAX registered franchises.

        Sysops interested in participating with an E-TAX (R) franchise, must
contact us, by November 15th, and have an 8633 filed with the IRS by Dec. 1st
