. . . Quick and Easy Placements Quilted: Cut 2 pieces fabric and 1 piece of batting to shape desired. Put together on wrong side 1 layer of fabric, 1 layer batting. Sew to second piece of fabric, right sides together on all sides leaving 4 inch opening. Turn right side out. Baste close the 4 inch opening. Stitch straight lines from one end to the other up and down, side to sode. Or in any pattern you desire, such as stitching around a floral design in the material. Fringed: Cut rectangle (desired size) out of a loose weave fabric. Measure in 3/4 inch eash side of napkin and pull thread out to make a "stitching line". Blind hem stitch on stitching lines you created above. Fray out and pull threads on all four side up to the stitching line. The stitching line keeps the fabric from fraying beyond this point. Make matching/coordinated napkins if you desire.
