Make Your Own Decorator Towels for Kitchen or Bath



   Need: Towel, left over coodinating fabric strips.



   Cut fabric strips 2 feet in length by 3 " wide.
   By machine, hand or using shirring tape, put on two rows
   of stitches near top of fabric.

   Gather material into slight ruffle.

   Pin in place on towel.

   Baste in place by hand or machine.

   Spray starch a 2 foot piece of coordinated Ribbon.
   Add decorative machine stitch or hand embroidery to ribbon if desired.

   Sew ribbon atop of ruffled fabric to base towel.
