Color Cooordinate Your Waste Paper Basket

   Measure outside of basket (circumference), double this length.
   Measure height of basket, add 2 inches to this legth.
   (circumference X 2 + hieght + 2 inches = Material piece required)

   Glue or use fusible web to attach "shirring" or "pleating" tape
   top edge of fabric piece.

   Attach double sided mounting tape  to top of basket.

   Gather fabric by pulling in shirring tape threads.

   Attach fabric from shirring tape to mounting tape.

   Tape seam closed.

   Add 2 1/2 wide ribbon around basket 2 inches from top.

   Glue or tape.
