To access the NARA gopher A.R.C.H.I.V.E.S. via the Internet,
point your gopher client at gopher.nara.gov, port 70 (the
default):

     gopher://gopher.nara.gov/

You can also access A.R.C.H.I.V.E.S. with an HTTP client, such
as Mosaic or Cello.  Most documents are available only as text
files, not HTML documents, but are available via this route as a
convenience to users.  The URL to use is: 

     http://www.nara.gov/
