Many people have helped contribute to this collection of vegan recipes. Mark Satterly of Hamilton, Ontario (1:244/118) deserves special merit for the many hours he spent typing, editing and compiling the recipes, as well as tracking down source credits for those recipes that were missing them. Apologies if we let a few not-completely-vegan recipes slip by us, but even if this is the case, it's often possible to use vegan substitutes for egg and dairy products. For those who do not use honey, another sweetener such as sorghum, maple syrup or plain sugar may be used instead, but Mark recommends adjusting the recipe's liquid content accordingly. If you like these recipes, be sure to look for the first collection of vegan recipes from Mark and friends, which was originally named MM-VEGAN.ZIP and contained 721 recipes!
