Coleman Voice Mail, call 653-6525 What is Voice Mail? Voice Mail is a computerized answering machine. Someone calls your mailbox and leaves you a message. You later retrieve your messages by calling voice mail, entering your mailbox number and entering your password. The system prompts you as to what to do to listen, delete, etc. your messages. One thing you don't have to give out your home phone number to anyone, because it can be set up to forward your messages to any number you choose. Or you can just call in to check on them. You can also program voice mail to send the same message to a group of people or just one. High School's use such a system to notify parents when their children don't come to school. Churches can use them as well most any other organization. Voice mail can do quite a few things as you can see. I will be glad you answer any questions if you have them.
