Player Levels:

   Skill: You start out at Zero. The only way to gain skill
   is through battle against other players or against BOB's
   monstrous warriors. If you defeat another player you'll
   gain 3 skill points. If you defeat a monstrous villan
   you will gain 2 skill points.

   Health: is on a 100% scale. You start at 100%. You lose a
   fight when your health drops below 11% during a battle.
   You can regain health by finding bread (5 health points) or
   by going to the Doc in a city, or purchase bread from
   the market. There is only one special way to get your
   health above 100%....
   With a higher skill level, you can fight more aggressively 
   and find more items.
