                           Installation Instructions
                            for the demo version of
                            BackMaster for OS/2 2.1

1. Create a directory to unzip the demo in. (ie  \BACKMAST)
2. Unzip all of the files into that directory.
3. Edit your OS/2 CONFIG.SYS and add a line for the device driver.
   Insert the following line DIRECTLY under the IFS line.
     DEVICE = [drive letter]:\BACKMAST\FTDVR.SYS
	(The driver must be ahead of MMPM drivers and we 
	suggest that you place our driver just below the IFS
	entry near the top.)
4. You can create an icon on the desktop with the migration utility
   included with OS/2.  The demo can also be executed from the 
   command line. (BACKMAST.EXE)
5. The computer MUST be restarted for the modified CONFIG.SYS to take
   effect.
