To Run the Software:

(1) Create a directory for software and unzip it into it.
(2) Read this file. 
(3) Type vsample to view the sample menu & read manuals.

The software package consists of:

README.TXT - This file; FILE_ID.DIZ - Identification file; 
WHATZIT.CMO - Popupfile; VMENU.EXE - The menu execution file to 
run YOUR menus; VSAMPLE.EXE - The sample menu (separate from the 
other menu so you can design your own menus without overwriting 
it); CFG.MEU - The configuration file for the sample magazine 
only; VMENUBLD.EXE - The menu builder software to create custom 
config files, construct your own menu and display your own files; 
VFPROC.EXE - The file compression/encoding utility, to protect 
files against casual tampering; HOW_TO.CMO - The encoded manual 
for the menu builder; HOWTOAPX.CMO - DOS appendix; MANUAL.CMO - 
Display software manual; VDISPLAY.EXE - The display software to 
read .txt and encoded files.
