Here it is!  The Simpsons Episode Guide for Windows (beta ver. 0.2).

Included are the following files:

README.TXT - the file you are reading
FILE_ID.DIZ - file description
HOMER.ICO - Homer icon
SIMPSONS.HLP - Episode Guide for Windows


***REQUIREMENTS***

All you need to run the guide is Microsoft Windows 3.1 and the
SIMPSONS.HLP file.  This is basically a Windows Help File.


***ACTIVATING THE GUIDE***

For safety, create & place all the files in a new directory
(e.g., call your directory: SIMPSONS).

To activate the program, execute the .hlp file from the File, Run
in Program Manager or run File Manager and double-click the .hlp
file.  The help file can also be set up as an icon in any Window
you wish to use.  Drag and drop the SIMPSONS.HLP file to the
Window you want and once in place, simply double-click!

If you wish to replace the "?" icon with the cool homer icon
(for the last procedure above), use File, Properties, Change Icon
from the Program Manager once you have selected the icon in your Window.
