AutoPost Updates

Autopost 3.2- fixes wrong color problem in the ")" in the statement 
              "Post using a handle (Y/N)". 
              
              Now gives the sysop control
              whether or not to allow the use of handles.


AutoPost 3.1- Fixes bugs concearning improper data reading routines
              which we're causing overlays in the user's name, and 
              overruns in the top bar in each post. 
              
              Adds the "Post using a handle" routine.


AutoPost 3.0- Totally redrew the title screen. 
              
              Re-wrote routines to stop cursor at position 79.

              Added the ability for sysop to choose how many posts
              they which to keep.

              Wrote new routines to make AutoPost self-maintaining.


AutoPost 2.0 & 1.0 never made it past local testing.
The first public release was 3.0.
