     If you are upgrading from v1.01R or earlier, ALL mailing lists will
have to be edited manually to reflect network numbers as they appear in
INIT.  This was a bad decision from the begining and is now corrected.  All
you need do is to edit the file and subtract one from the network numbers
as they appear now. 1@1100.1 should be 1@1100.0 for v1.10 and later.
You will also need to delete the line labeled FAST_REG_CHK in your
WWIV.INI file otherwise you may have some problems.
