Mini's suggestion

I just recently heard of a few helpful suggestions for doing mini's.

When needing to sand a mini item, using very soft woods, they recommend you
tear a piece out of a paper bag and use it. Seems to work really well, even for
the surface you have sealed that needs a second coat. Emery boards also work
well. You can also fold your sandpaper over a round tooth pick for hard to do
places.

Use a paper type egg carton for halloween faces. If you cut out the part the
egg sits in, turn it upside down, paint a face on it, they give a really neat
texture for a spooky face!

Add papier mache to plaster and the mixture will not crack (didn't say what
portions:(

Candle hints: Easiest one is a shortened round toothpick, painted, and add a
thread wick to the top.
Cut a birthday candle down in length and set in anything small and attractive.

Measurements measurements

15/16" = 11 and 1/4"
7/8" = 10 and 1/2"
13/16" = 9 and 3/4"
3/4" = 9"
11/16" = 8 and 1/4"
5/8" = 7 and 1/2"
9/16" = 6 and 3/4"
1/2" = 6"
7/16" = 5 and 1/4"
3/8" = 4 and 1/2"
5/16" = 3 and 3/4"
1/4" = 3"
3/16" = 2 and 1/4"
1/8" = 1 and 1/2"
1/16" = 3/4"

I printed mine out and keep it with my doll house, saves me time figuring
things out when I need them.

Hope these suggestions and measurements are a big help to all of the folks here
into mini's
