The Future Domain Disk Setup Utility V1.5 is a low-level formatting 
and surface certification utility that supports over 140 of the most 
popular SCSI disk drives.

Compatible SCSI Peripherals document.

If your drive is not found in the DATA.COM file a generic format is
used.  This generic format will work for most drives. However, if you have
