          Say, have we added stuff or what?  Well:
     
          * Use "
     EE.exe" for all your database editing needs.  Yup, add records,
     delete records, or edit them!
     
          * Use "TF.exe" to generate a text file of all the listings
     within a given category.
     
          * Now you can generate a text file of just one listing from
     the viewing screens within the electronic resource directory.
     
          * Updated database is also included in this package!
     
          * the program displays up to a 20 line text file called
     news.txt if you put it in the subdirectory where the program
     runs.  Remember that the file should not be very long at all
     since it is sent to the screen with no controls on scrolling and
     so the file should fit on one screen.
