    Registration for the first CPU  ..................	$ 20.00
    Additional CPU's (regardless of location):

    (For example, the cost to license 10 CPU's is $85; $20 for the
    first CPU, $40 for numbers 2-5, and $25 for numbers 6-10).

    Site License for unlimited CPU's at ONE site	$500.00
    Site License for additional sites                   $250.00 each

    A site license entitles the holder to run FSave forever on any
    number of computers at one site [one building, or one contiguous
    multi-building complex].  Additional site licenses are required for
    each disjoint site.  (For example, a company with a manufacturing
    complex and separate office facilities in Chicago, and branch offices
    in Miami and Los Angeles would need four site licenses.  However, if
    there were fewer than 1003 computers among all four locations, it
    would be cheaper to license them individually.)

Fees for Individual Users:

Benefits of Registration:
-------------------------
"Registration for the first CPU" entitles you to run FSave forever on one
computer; with it you will receive a diskette containing the following:

    A)	the registered version of fsave.exe and example files,
    B)  an FSave manual in ASCII text format, and
    C)  a formatted FSave manual in PostScript format.

If your printer is not capable of printing PostScript, printed copies of
the FSave manual may be ordered for $15 each.  The ASCII manual includes
everything that is in the PostScript version except for the index.

"Registration for the first CPU" also entitles you to a free upgrade to
the next major revision of FSave.  This will be mailed to you automatically
when it becomes available.  Upgrades to subsequent revisions will be
available to registered users at two-thirds off of the then-prevailing
registration fee schedule.

"Registration for additional CPU's" covers only the right to use FSave
on more computers; it does not come with additional diskettes.  If you
wish, however, additional diskettes may be ordered at $5 each.
