Thank you for your interest in our company.
Enclosed, is the information you requested, along with a catalog
of the products we carry.  There are many other items here in our
store, which are not presently listed in our current catalog.   

At ferguson enterprises, we make every attempt to satisfy our
customers.  After all, our interest is in serving you.  If there
is a program that you are interested in, and you aren't sure if
it works well with speech, tell us about it, and we'll make every
attempt to purchase that program so that we may find out, if it
can be adapted to speech.

Our goal is to provide the best service possible.  Therefore, we
offer a 24-hour turn-around time on all computer repairs, as we
carry replacement parts.  All internal computer hardware will be
installed at our store and tested before leaving our store.  All
software which you purchase from us will be installed on your
harddrive, and all origional copies, and manuals will be shipped
with your equipment.  All equipment and software will be fully
insurred when shipped from our store to you.

When you purchase from us, your software disks are labeled in
braille for you, simple operating and installation instructions
are provided for you in braille, cassette, or large print, the
front and back of your computer is labeled in braille for you. 
We will even register your software for you, all at no extra
charge to you. 

All orders must be prepaid.  (See catalog for ordering

Many of the products listed in our catalog have some detailed
information.
