     Show your power in government.  Even if they shine you on, it shows
public opinion, and they will get pressured.  We must let them know that
a certain segment of the populous, is rejecting the "programing" that has
been forced upon us for so long.

     One way to show your power in government is the FREEDOM OF INFORMAION
ACT REQUEST (FOIA).  Your request need only state that it is being made
pursuant to the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT  5 U.S.C. Section 552 (-it should
be observed that you should state the precise files or records you seek.)

     Writen below is the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the
National Security Agency's (NSA) address, phone, Administrative, and legal
officer.  The -A- in dashes stands for the Administrative officer, the
person to contact for general FOIA/Privacy information.  The -L- in dashes
stands for the legal officer, the person to contact for legal questions.
