ATI mach64 Driver Installation Utility, version 1.0

This program is used to install ATI driver modules downloaded from the ATI
BBS and Compuserve.  It is NOT a replacement for the ATI graphics card
configuration utilities and should NOT be placed in your \MACH64. 

To use this utility, create a new directory on your hard disk (we recommend
C:\ATITEMP) and copy LOAD64.ZIP into that directory.  Unzip LOAD64.ZIP into
the ATITEMP sub-directory.  This will provide you with LOAD64.EXE and 
LOAD64.HLP

To install a particular ATI driver update, download the appropriate driver
module from the ATI BBS or CompuServe and "unzip" it into the same directory
(ie C:\ATITEMP).  Make that directory current (CD \ATITEMP) and run LOAD64.  
The LOAD64 program will prompt you for any further steps required.
