LinkRight 1.1B Patch

This is a patch to the LinkRight parallel port driver.  It should
help those users who cannot establish a connection and those users
who are getting unreliable connections.

No modifications in LR.EXE or other executables are required to use
this new driver.  To install, just copy the new LRPAR.SYS over your
old LRPAR.SYS.  You'll find LRPAR.SYS in your C:\OS2 directory and a 
backup (that is NOT used) in your C:\LINKRT11 directory.  Copy the new
LRPAR.SYS to your C:\OS2 directory (or the path pointed to by the line
in your config.sys file).

Another LinkRight parallel port driver is included.  It is LRPAR02.SYS.
Some users who boot MicroChannel machines from OS/2 floppies have a
problem with the LinkRight driver not recognizing that it is a Micro
Channel system and seeing it as ISA.  This new driver, LRPAR02.SYS, is
hardcoded to be only MicroChannel.  Don't try to run this driver on ISA
or EISA systems, but do run it on MicroChannel system where the driver
has problems recognizing that it is on a MicroChannel system.
