- This form is valid for versions listed below (and prior).
  -- If you are attempting to register a later version, you must get an
     updated form from any currently authorized Artware distribution site or
     direct from either 1:138/211 or 2:281/527 using the magic name;
     "VISAFORM".
  -- Once registered, key(s) are valid for all future versions.

- Registration prices:  TimEd v1.00/1.01   NetMgr v0.98
     Non-commercial  :       $27.50          $17.50
     Commercial      :       $37.50          $27.50

- All charges will be based on US Dollars only for Visa/Mastercard.
  -- Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, so actual end charges for non-US
     credit cards may be adjusted at any time!
  -- Use of this form constitutes consent to a charge at exchange rates in
     effect at time of actual processing by Triad Computers and/or banking
     systems involved.

- Visa/Mastercard service is made possible through a distribution arrangement
  with Triad Computers of Tacoma, WA, USA.
  -- Visa/Mastercard will be billed as/by "Triad Computers".
  -- Triad Computers will not be held liable to you or anyone for (but not
     limited to) any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
     including any lost profits, lost savings which may result from the use or
     inability to use this program.
     -- Your use of the program and/or this method of registration constitutes
        your agreement to this license and disclaimer and your release of
        Triad Computers from any form of liability or litigation.

- Please fill out ALL information.  Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
  This includes a voice phone number where we can reach you for verification
  of the credit card order.

- Notification of problems with processing will be sent via routed netmail.

- Please ensure format of text is maintained (except suggestions line).

- The form may be File Attached, sent via DIRECT Netmail, or sent via
  Postal mail.
  -- It is HIGHLY recommended you rename the form to match your last name
     if the form is sent via file attach.
  -- Do NOT send credit card information via ROUTED netmail!
     (Routed netmail passes through several systems and may be viewed by
      the SysOps of those systems. Send the form via direct crashmail!)

- Washington State residents (only) must add sales tax on line #11.
  -- Washington State Sales Tax varies with area within Washington.

- All attempts will be made to crash mail your key to your Fidonet node.
  -- If you are a point, your key will be crash mailed to your boss node.
     (Please pre-coordinate this with your boss node).
  -- If you are not a listed node, you will have to poll 1:138/211 for
     your key (arrangements can be made for you to poll 2:281/527).

- All replies/correspondence will be made via routed netmail, so allow for
  delays accordingly.
