94/06/22 - Enhancement. Added ZVTYPE_STATIC attribute to variables.

94/06/22 - Enhancement. PDSetFldColors routine added to allow dynamic
           color changes to a panel's input/output/text fields.

94/05/04 - Enhancement. PDSetFldColors routine added to allow dynamic
           color changes to specific input/output fields for a panel.

94/04/20 - Fix. VioSetMode for a new row size was failing in a full
           screen session.

94/04/12 - Fix/Enhance. PDVarDefine/PDVarDelete now operate in a
           Push/Pop fashion allowing the redefinition of a variable
           without losing the original definition.

94/04/06 - Fix/Enhance. PDSetMsgText can now be used to set just the
           audio cue. The "Short", "Long" or "Panel" is no longer
           required.

94/04/03 - Fix. ")BLANK" was not using VIO buffer. Caused flickering.

94/03/13 - V1.03 build and upload.
