We hope that you enjoy Photo Show 3D and we'd be happy 
to scan other photos for you to use with it or with other 
programs.  Please write your name and a distinct number on
the back of each photo so that we will be able to tell which 
photo is which.  Then list each photo below and specify the 
prefered format and number of colors.  If you do not specify 
a format or if you specify a format we do not yet support, 
it will be saved as a 256 color GIF image so that it will be 
compatible with Photo Show 3D.        PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY

because we can not assume responsibility for any damage that 
occurs in transit and we will return your photos to you in the 
same package we receive them in if possible.
