1).     REASON FOR UPDATE OR CHANGE TO FILES.

	Some customer have experienced complications between the Media Vision
	LMSI sound card (Gateway part number:  16MVLCARD) and various network
	cards.  These network cards are of the type that the I/O address 
	of the network card cannot be changed from the default of 220H.  
	This situation would result in a conflict between the network card
	and the Media Vision LMSI sound card.  These updated drivers enable
	the I/O address of the Media Vision LMSI sound card to be changed 
	from it's default of 220H.
	

2).     DESCRIPTION OF FILES AND THEIR FUNCTIONS.     

	The files included here are the same as those included with the 
	original version of these drivers.  They have only been  
	modified to correct the above stated complications.


3).     COMPONENT USE LISTING.

	These updated drivers should only be used in conjunction with the
	Media Vision LMSI sound card (Gateway part number:  16MVLCARD).


4).     INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THESE FILES.

	A.      Boot the system "Clean".
	B.      Follow the installation instructions found in your User's
		Guide for additional assistance.
