File Name:

For consistency and to help users locate the files, please use the
following file names:

   If the program is compressed using PKZIP utility, please use
   the following name:

      FMTBAR17.ZIP   File Manager Toolbar v.1.7 for Win3.1

   If the program is compressed using some other file compression
   method, then please use the name "FMTBAR17" with the appropriate
   extension (ARJ, PAK, ARC, LZH, ZOO, etc.).

   If the length of the file name cannot be more than 6
   characters, please use file name "FMTB17".
