Short Description
-----------------

The ID LOGIC (R) SW Simulator for Windows ("Software") simulates
the shortwave receiver of the (near) future which will permit the
automatic scanning for a station by name, language, schedule and
other attributes.

ID LOGIC SW receivers will contain an in-receiver database which
will be updated by the broadcasters themselves via short digital
update bursts.

This Simulator contains the schedules of:

   - the BBC World Service
   - the Voice of America
   - Radio France Internationale
   - Deutsche Welle

Minimum Requirements
--------------------

The ID LOGIC SW Simulator for MS Windows require the following:

    - IBM PC compatible machine;
    - MS Windows Version 3.1 or later;
    - Microsoft (or compatible) mouse;
    - Display minimum: 540x480 x 256 colors (64k preferred);
    - VBRUN300.DLL in the /Windows/System subdirectory.
      NOTE: If you do not already have VBRUN300.DLL, you can 
      download it with FTP from hk.net (look for VBRUN300.ZIP
      in the /shareware/prs directory.) Do this BEFORE running SETUP.EXE
