  To install the evaluation copy of WFXAUTO follow the instructions contained
  in the file README.TXT.

  EVALUATION COPY LICENCE AGREEMENT

  The program in this package is a product of Logical Business Systems, Inc.  
  and is protected by Copyright Law.  Logical Business Systems retains title 
  to and ownership of the program.  You are licenced to use the program on 
  the following terms and conditions:

    1.  You may use the program for a period of 30 days, without paying a
        licence fee, for the purpose of evaluation.

    2.  You may copy the installation disk or ZIP file and distribute it to 
        your friends and colleagues for them to evaluate provided you comply 
        with the following:

        a)   No charge is made for providing the disk, other than a small
             handling charge to cover costs.
        b)   You give them a copy of this notice.
        c)   All files on the disk or within the ZIP file are copied and
             included on the distribution disk without alteration.
        d)   All copyright notices and information remain intact.

    3.  You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or in any way
        modify the program code without the prior written consent of Logical 
        Business Systems.

   Logical Business Systems warrants that the program will perform in 
   substantial compliance with the documentation.  If you report a problem 
   to Logical Business Systems it will be examined and if necessary the 
   program will be updated and a new copy issued to you.  You agree that the 
   only remedy available to you will be the replacement of the program, if a 
   program error was involved.

   Users of WFXAUTO must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

  "WFXAUTO is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, 
  expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of 
  merchantability and of fitness for any purpose, other than as outlined 
  above.

  IN NO EVENT WILL LOGICAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS, INC. OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES BE 
  LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR 
  OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR 
  INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF LOGICAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS OR AN 
  AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH 
  DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY."


  GENERAL DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying 
  it.  If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are 
  expected to register.  Individual programs differ on details -- some 
  request registration while others require it, some specify a maximum trial 
  period.  With registration, you get anything from the simple right to 
  continue using the software to an updated program with printed manual.

  Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the 
  copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as 
  stated below.  Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like 
  commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality.  (In both 
  cases, there are good programs and bad ones!) The main difference is in 
  the method of distribution.  The author specifically grants the right to

  for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do 
  not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The essence of 
  "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with 
  quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for 
  programmers to continue to develop new products.  If you find this program 
  useful and find that you are using WFXAUTO and continue to use WFXAUTO 
  after the 30 day trial period, you must make a registration payment to 
  Logical Business Systems or one of its authorised agents.  The 
  registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any 
  one time.

  Anyone distributing WFXAUTO for any kind of remuneration must contact 
  Logical Business Systems at the address below for authorization.  This 
  authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by 
  the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors and 
  catalogue vendors, and such distributors may begin offering WFXAUTO 
  immediately (However Logical Business Systems must still be advised so 
  that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of 
  WFXAUTO).

  You are encouraged to pass a copy of WFXAUTO along to your friends for 
  evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy if they find 
  that they can use it.
