BULL!! Get Released

Bull!! is a bulletin program for Synchronet. It shows a list of 20 bulletins
that the user can choose from. It also automatically defaults to the lowest
numbered bulletin that is unread. Or if all have been read, it defaults the
answer to exit.

Bull!! was written in Clipper 5.2d. While it requires a bit of memory, the
basic package is going to lead to other products.
