        Fix to disable the editor button after the editor has been
        launched.  When the editor is terminated, the editor button
        is re-enabled.

        A scan is performed after the editor is exited, if the editor
        was launched by NMS.

        Changed to the window title bar from "Netmail Status" to
        "Netmail Monitor".

4/24/94 V1.03
        The FleetStreet mail reader does not set the real "MsgRead"
        flag, instead it sets a flag that is not used.  From what I
        gather, this is intentional.  Because of this, previously
        read mail is still being identified as new mail by NMS.  NMS
        now will set the "MsgRead" flag if the unused flag has been
        set.

        NMS will now check upto 4 addresses to determine if there is
        new netmail.

11/24/94 V1.04
        Included support for squish style netmail areas.  To indicate a
        squish style netmail area, prefix the message base name with 
        a '$".  When specifying a squish message base, do not include the 
        extension.
