The BBS description for the file says only: "Fix for dialer refresh and file transfer problems" It is a replacement for SLIP.EXE in the Warp IAK and/or IBM TCP/IP 2.0. Installation: Rename the SLIP.EXE in your \TCPIP\BIN directory to SLIP.OLD. Copy this version of SLIP.EXE to \TCPIP\BIN. Don't delete the old driver in case you have problems.
