1. Copy all *.vbx files to your \windows\system directory.
2. Copy the remaining files to your \windows directory.
3. Use File Manager to run dispicn.exe or create a program item
   to launch it from a desired Windows group.

   If I get enough requests, I'll write a setup program so it'll
