 SpiceMod is unique in that it is the only program of its kind to 
 be able to create accurate realistic SPICE models even if every 
 data sheet parameter is not specified.
 
 SpiceMod can be used to model:

     Diodes      Bipolar Transistors    Darlington Transistors
     Zeners      Power Transistors      Power Mosfets
     JFETs       Small Signal Mosfets   IGBTs and SCRs

 Note: SpiceMod is not included in the ICAPS package.  It is
 sold separately or as part of the ICAPS Deluxe Option.
