     OK this is my first version of Notes, it has a few interesting 
     features.  It will save where it is and what text has been entered 
     either at exiting the program or exiting windows while its running, 
     and you can exit by double clicking the control box buttton or a ^X.

     It will put the date in the note text if you left click once on the 
     date at the bottom, or do a ^D.

     The CLR button will clear ALL of the text or a ^C.

     You can minimize or exit by clicking once on the control button in 
     the left corner and then choosing or do a ^S.

     It makes a Notes.ini in your windows directory and stores the postion 
     it was last on the screen and the text is store in Notes.txt.

     Planned are the abiltiy to change fonts on the fly and colors of 
     foreground and background text area.

     Plus if you double click somewhere? hehe it will display a picture.

     Install by putting all the DLL's and all the VBX's in your system 
     directory, you already might have some, so just overlay, no biggie.   
     You can run the .exe from anywhere, I think :ª
