Purpose
-------
This is a simple little clock for your desktop. 

Usage Notes
-----------
WCClock sits on top of your application in an unobtrusive bar at the 
bottom right hand corner of your screen.  

Installation
------------

With the Program Manager group active where you want WTIME to 
be located, select File then New.  Fill in the boxes and enter the 
path (for example, C:\WINDOWS\ACCESS\) followed by WTIME.EXE.  You 
can use the BROWSE button to find the file.  The Wtime icon will 
appear in the active program group.  Double click on the icon to 
activate the clock bar.

Put it in your Startup group (3.1) or in a LOAD= line (3.0) if you 
want it to run when you bring Windows up.
