Once you have Un-Zipped this file, use Microsoft Windows
to run the INSTALL.EXE file that was extracted.  You can
do this easily by selecting the Run command from the File
menu in Program Manager and then select BROWSE to locate
the INSTALL.EXE that was extracted, then select OK.

INSTALL will create the necessary directories and will
create the groups and icons in Program Manager.
