   To add Privledge level & Authority flag checking to the Multi-Menu system
   the Basic set of database files has been altered. Therefore, you will have
   to Re-build your old menus and start over. 

   If you previously used a older version of ABSPAY and your Sub-menus seem
   to crash using GSIPAY v1.5 you have some of the older dBase files and 
   GSIPAY v1.5 can not write to the new areas.

   Please start in a new Dir and re-install GSIPAY copying over your Keyfile.
