For a real quick install:

1) Unarchive SYN*.arj into it's own unique directory.
2) Run Install.com
3) Edit syn0.cfg, syn1.cfg and syn.ctl to your BBS's setup.
4) Create a batch file and a way for your BBS to run the door.
5) Add SynMaint.exe to your mantance batch file.

If you need extra help on anything, look to the docs.. also running Syn.exe
or SynMaint.exe without parameters will give you quick instructions.
