  Budde Systems is providing the enclosed material to you, the
  end user, on the express condition that you accept this
  registration agreement.  By using any of the Golf Budde
  software, you agree to the terms set forth below.
 
  This software and documentation is "as is" and you,
  the registrant, assume the entire risk as to their
  quality and performance.  Budde Systems specifically
  denies any liability for loss of profit, or any other
  commercial damage, including but not limited to special,
  incidental, consequential, or other similar damages
  resulting from the use of this software.
 
  Microsoft products (Windows and Visual Basic) are registered 
  trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
 
  PKUNZIP is a product from PKWARE, Inc. of Glendale, WI. 


PRODUCT REGISTRATION:

  Upon receipt of your registration fee, you will be eligible
  to receive an instruction manual and the next version of Golf
  Budde at no cost.  You will also be eligible for a $5.00 rebate
  for each additional person you refer who registers their use
  of Golf Budde 1.0 (you must ensure they list your name on their
  registration form to receive the rebate).  No more than one
  rebate will be given per registration form.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: 
--------------------
  Golf Budde is a Windows database program that allows multiple 
  golfers to keep track of scores, dates played, courses played,
  money spent on games and equipment, and miscellaneous notes.
  The course database contains the course name, course rating
  and course slope for three different tee boxes and the par 
  scores for the tee boxes.  Handicaps are automaticlly
  recalculated when each new game is saved.  Statistics are 
  displayed within user defined parameters.  Statistics include:
  number of games played, best 9 & 18 holes played, number
  of eagles, pars, bogies, etc., and spending totals.

The only file necessary for distribution and installation of
Golf Budde 1.0 is GOLFBS1.ZIP.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
--------------------------
1.  Use PKUNZIP.EXE to unzip GOLFBS1.ZIP

    Example:        PKUNZIP GOLFBS1

    PKUNZIP, the utility program used to unarchive GOLFBS1.ZIP can be
    obtained through the BBS & Shareware Companies.

2.  The following sixteen (16) files result from the unzip:

    The above 16 files can be either placed on a single floppy or
    on your hard disk.

3.  Start Windows

4.  From Program Manager, select FILE menu and choose RUN.

5.  Type A:\SETUP and press ENTER

    (or C:\GOLF\SETUP if files have been saved to hard disk in GOLF
     sub-directory)
