To get this Joystick Driver Installed:
 1)   Unzip into a directory of your choice

 2)   Load Windows

 3)   Click on the "Control Panel" icon under the "MAIN" window.

 4)   Click on the application called "DRIVERS"

 5)   Click on the button labled "ADD"

 6)   Then, a list of drivers should be listed and at the TOP of
      the list will be something like, "New or unlisted driver,
      requires OEM from disk" - click on that!

 7)   It will then ask you where the OEMSETUP.INF is.  You just
      type in what directory you unzipped the archive.

 8)   It will do the rest.
