Problem Report Number:  T06192
  Users without appropriate ACCESS privilidges on resources are able to
  access those resources. Symptoms may vary - ACL Groups *may* appear to
  have corruption even if security seems to work.

Problem Report Number:  T06325
  Selecting MONOINV color scheme in NET and then running NET_MGR, the
  help screen will pop up in Magenta instead of MONOINV.

Problem Report Number:  T06618
  The description field for network resources will not accept spaces
  when the NET_MGR password is enabled.  Otherwise, spaces are accepted.

Problem Report Number:  T07165
  When adding a resource that doesn't exist, 2 lines of error appear,
  when Enter is selected to accept the resource anyway, the second line
  of the error is added as the resource.

Problem Report Number:  T07706
  NET_MGR Server Startup Parameters has ASCII characters in fields
  Maximum Users and Number of Adapters. Characters are random and
  pressing enter on the 'happy face' will produce a number.

Problem Report Number:  T08134
  Creating a resource with invalid subdirectories on German Corstream
  returns the error "invalid resource..." then creates the resource with
  Esc to Retry as the subdirectory.

                 RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
****************************************************************************

    On the machine previously having the problem, change into the network
    directory.  This is C:\LANTASTI by default.
    Make backup copies of the existing NET_MGR.EXE and NET_MGR.MNU.

    Copy the new NET_MGR.EXE and NET_MGR.MNU to the current (LANTASTI) 
    directory.  For example, if the new MNU file is on the A: drive, 
    you could type:

    COPY A:\NET_MGR.* C:\LANTASTI\NET_MGR.*

    If your LANtastic setup is different from the default, you will have to
    modify the paths accordingly.
