Total shipping is $4.63 for USPS first class, $5.40 USPS 2 day priority, $9.50 for UPS 2 day air
(BLUE), $13.50 for UPS next day air (RED), $12.50 to Canada, and generally about $18 for
overseas, or $28 overseas UPS Worldwide. Funds should be in US dollars drawn on a US bank
to avoid supplemental clearing fees. Terms for organizations with satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet
listing are invoices net 30 days with purchase order. Orders also accepted by Visa or Mastercard.

SST was founded in 1984 to provide strategic MIS, and downsizing consulting. Performance
analysis, data communications, and optimization became an increasing component of business.
As a result, a spinoff, Network Performance Institute, was created in mid 1990 to focus
specifically on this niche. This niche grew to include niche market software applications. The first
shareware products were released in late 1990, while channels and support became more
formalized in late 1992. Since that time the product line has expanded to include LANModel,
LANBuild, Disaster!Plan, NETSpecs, LAN • CAD, and WAN • CAD. Other products (including
NET • CAD and WANModell) are under development.
