 Demo.exe is a 32bit extended DOS to Mystic Software WORX+ sound library
interface. 
 It allows the playing of all sound formats supported by Worx from within 
 a protected mode application.

 Please play example program "DEMO.EXE", which is a mild example of what 
is possible using Worx from protected mode.


  
DEMO.EXE is strictly a DEMO program. It is not... a toolkit, if you like
	 the demo....buy the source code.(see ordering source code).

 We highly recommend WORX by Mystic Software.

 Demo.exe was created using Borland's Turbo C++ 3.0

 Pmode1.pmp was created using Watcom's C++ 10.0 as a Dos4g 32bit program.

 The source code for main.c (renamed pmode1.pmp) is included. The Main.c
 code is a quicky demo program, it is not advisable to use the menuing
 functions for any good programs. To compile main.c (for what reason?)
 you will need Fastgraph 4.0 by Ted Gruber Software.

 We highly recomend Fastgraph 4.0 by Ted Gruber Software.  


DEMO.EXE features:

  * Multiple sound file formats.
  * Number of sounds loaded limited to app. 500000 bytes.
  * Polyphonic play on upto 8 channels.
  * Spawning of PMODE1.PMP a renamed 32bit protected mode program.

DEMO.EXE possibilities with changes to source code:

  * Redirection of sound to PC speaker if not sound card equipped.
  * On the fly loading of new sound files.
  * Multiple sound file formats.
  * Number of sounds loaded limited to approx. 500000 bytes.
  * Accepting command line parameters, and passing them to Pmode app.
  * Reporting of Protected mode app. error codes upon exit from Pmode.
  * Ability to stop or start any sample, on any channel.
  * Setting looping modes for specific sounds for continuous playback.
  * Polyphonic play on upto 8 channels.
  * Spawning of protected mode program with extentions other than .EXE,
    this like DEMO.EXE keeps Pmode program invisable to user.
  * Any other options one might wish to use......


DEMO.EXE drawbacks:

  * If used with Dos4gw non professional version of their extender, you
    will be required to use interupt 0x33 the mouse interupt. This is
    needed for speed purposes, thus not allowing mouse usage from 
    within your app. (unless you want to play sounds when checking for
		      a button press.)

    If you have the professional version, any unused interupt is fine.
    and your app can use the mouse.
     
  * I'm only charging $46.00 for the source code, should be $47.25 Ha! 


DEMO.EXE is an example program to show only a few of it's uses, it is not
	 to be used in any other application.
