Added support for sound and fixed setting associated address bug.

Fixed bugs identified by Michael Cross.
Overflow of the send buffer should now be impossible.  Running a second 
instance of CONF on the same machine is now disallowed.  Only one conf is 
allowable per user.  Conf should now detect when user is running conf 
somewhere else in the network.

Added black board to share drawings amongst conf users.  Allows colors, 
pen sizes and erasing.  Use left button to draw and right button to erase.
Added trace window to see what messages are being sent and memory left
Users screen does not show names of users as I'm playing with the format 
of the display and stuffed it up.
Call dialog box will now tell you if user is not logged in.
Hangup will only hangup on the calling users and not other users if you 
decide to cancel a call
TV button will allow another user to view part of your screen (sooner or 
later perhaps)
Bugs:  Some parts of drawings missing, erase button does not work in 
multiuser mode (ie does not erase others screens)
