The 32 bit version of GT should _not_ be installed into the same directory
as the DOS version of GT.  However, once installed using the SETUP program
that comes with the 32 bit version, you can copy over the GT.CNF and GT.DIR
files from the DOS versions directory -- they are compatible with the 32
bit version.
