powerful 4GL that made ircII so popular. It was ported by
somebody who managed ircII development for over a year.

the world's most popular operating system.

0. Ensure that you have a Winsock 1.1 compatible network
   running.

1. Copy IRCII.INI to your Windows Directory

2. Edit IRCII.INI.

3. Read LICENSE.TXT to check to see if any special conditions
   apply to you.

4. Start irc.exe
