This ISO/MPEG Layer 3 software only encoder / decoder package is
           COPYRIGHT BY Fraunhofer IIS 1994

This package is distributed as shareware. You may work with the package for
30 days for evaluation purposes. If you want to use this package after the
evaluation period, you are required to register the package. You may give
copies of this package to other people as long as no file is changed
and no file is omitted.

The registration fee is 85 Deutsche Mark for one copy of the package
(this is about 50 US$), plus value added tax (VAT), if applicable (see
below). The preferred method of payment is via credit card. Currently,
we can accept VISA, Master Card / Eurocard / Access credit cards. Please
