1. Cleanup of Tab Stop order.
2. Minor bug fixes.
3. Now gets and saves home directory before 
   reading for pgpui30.inf.
4. On decrypt, WinPGP now decrypts in same directory as encrypted
   file.
5. Optional field added in Decrypt dialog box for "-o" capability.
6. Preferences updated to add configuration options for Launch button
   and DebugStatus, as well as separating update ini file from OK button
   allowing per-session preference changes without changing user defaults.

1. Unzip the file in the WinPGP home directory.
2. This update includes the following files:
	a. PGPW30.EXE
	b. PGPW30.SIG
	c. WINPGP.HLP
	d. README.TXT (This file)

   *** IMPORTANT NOTES!!! ***
*******************************

1. To ensure proper functioning especially during decrypt operations,
copy all PIF files in WinPGP to your Windows directory.  Decrypt will
cause a full-screen vs. Windowed screen if decryption occurs outside
the WinPGP home directory.
2. You MUST have downloaded the full WinPGP set of files for the update 
to work. If all you have are the three files listed above, you must download
a complete copy of version 3.0.  Some ftp sites have merged this update with
the original package, so this note may be not applicable.

All other files remain the same with this update and should not be changed.
